4-H Premium Auction

Mission Statement

The mission of the Ford County 4-H Premium Auction Committee is to help our youth acquire knowledge, develop life skills, and form attitudes that will enable them to become independent, productive, and contributing members of society.

Rules

1. 4-Hers are allowed to sell 1 project either livestock or general.

2. Livestock can be for market or breeding purposes.

3. 4-Hers will be required to attend auction.

4. This is strictly a premium auction. No projects or livestock will exchange ownership. The 4-Hers retain all rights and ownership.

5. The Ford County 4H Premium Auction Committee will have a predetermined value of each animal/project prior to the auction based upon funding.

6. 4-Hers Will Be Required to help obtain funding.

7. There will be a reward and slight increase to predetermined value for Grand Champion, BOS, or equivalent.

8. Direct relation to 4-Her (Parent or Grandparent) can upbid the predetermined amount. This MUST be communicated with Ford County 4H Premium Auction Committee by 3:00 day of show.

9. Live animals and projects required at sale.
